High Fives focuses on preventing life-changing injuries and provides resources and hope if they happen. Created as a way to "pay-it-forward" in 2009 after the founder's own recovery, the Foundation has since expanded to help hundreds of injured individuals and veterans from across the country. The High Fives Foundation is a California-based, national 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization.
Founded in 2009, the National Interscholastic Cycling Association (NICA) develops high school mountain biking programs for student-athletes across the United States. NICA provides leadership, services, and governance for local leagues to produce quality mountain bike events, and supports every student-athlete in the development of a strong body, strong mind, and strong character through their efforts on the bike.
Northwest Trail Alliance is an organized and motivated group of volunteers with over 30 years advocating for access to trails, building trails, and maintaining trails. Their mission is to advocate for new trails, to protect, improve, and build sustainable mountain bike trails, and to create recreation opportunities for mountain biking in the greater Portland and Southern Washington areas
