Expedited Orders (2nd & Next Day Deliveries)
For 2nd or Next Day delivery, your order is expedited for faster delivery. Once placed, expedited orders cannot be canceled. Use our return process for timely credits. Orders will be shipped same-day if received before 11:00 AM PT Monday - Friday. Otherwise, orders will ship the next business day.
Ground Orders
For ground orders placed before 12:01 PM ET, you can possibly cancel within 60 minutes of order processing. Call us at 888-925-4621, option 1, from 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PT Monday - Friday to cancel. Orders may take up to 5-10 business days to ship and may take up to 2 weeks to be delivered, depending on your distance from our Perris, CA warehouse.
Freight Orders
All oversized or heavy items (cargo boxes, tents, etc.) are shipped via freight. Expect delivery approximately 1-2 weeks from the shipping date, depending on your distance from our Perris, CA warehouse.
Exclusions
We do not offer expedited shipping for orders over $750 or for orders containing Cargo boxes, rooftop tents, and other products that are shipped using 'Less than Truckload' (LTL) Freight Carriers.
Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Hawaii and Alaska: Cargo Boxes and Rooftop Tents cannot be shipped. Expect one-day delay in deliveries.
