      Wind noise buster

      Purchase the 40inch model for a Mazda CX50 as a holiday gift. Setup and install less than 30 minutes. At lower speeds, there is little noticeable difference with noise. Best reduction in noise seems to be between 40-80 mph. So far seems to be functioning as purposed.

      Fit great.

      Fit was perfect all parts perfect. Was missing clear protective tabs to protect paint on car.

      Worked perfect. Helps reduce wind turbulence in the interior while the sun roof is open and it also removed the wind noise “howling”from the cross bars.

      Fairing

      The fairing does a great job of reducing wind noise from the roof. Without it, the bars started howling at 35 mph. Now, I barely hear anything from up there while I'm on the freeway. I gave only three stars because the price seems pretty high for what the product is, and those zip ties that come with it felt like a bad design. I went to the hardware store and bought regular zip ties. Problem solved; it works well.

      A little flimsy, but it works!

      We were getting significant wind noise from our racks and hullivator mounting brackets. After installing the faring the noise was dramatically reduced. However, the plastic mounting system does not give me any confidence it will not fail in a too brief timeframe. But until it fails I will be very happy with the noise reduction when we don't have boats on the racks.

      It does the job!

      I've had the same windshield for the past 6 years and it's done exactly as described. It reduces wind drag and noise on my SUV with Yakima ski rack.

      Used for 10 years - LOVE it

      Have used it for 10 years on my Honda Pilot. Before the fairing even the bars alone made to much noise, with the kayak holder it was unbearable. With the fairing I never noticed it again. Now I changed cars and need a new size so am buying another fairing. LOVE IT
